May be its the Bombay municipal corp that needs to clean it's storage tanks? I saw your last post on the muddy water and in my hometown in Pune we have faced similar situations ( esp in Monsoon times)
ReplyDeleteHi, I think it must be, my landlord has said he won't pay any of the water bills until it is sorted, I hope it is sorted before the Monsoon. Fingers crossed!
